Mayor Eva Marie Medina (center), Dr. Digna Ragasa of the Rotary Club of Vigan and Mr. Lyndon Bonzon of the Gawad Kalinga Foundation, Inc. sign the Memorandum of Agreement providing shelters to 30 homeless residents of the city.

     The City of Vigan represented by Mayor Eva Marie S. Medina and the Gawad Kalinga Community Development Foundation, Inc. by its regional coordinator, Lyndon Bonzon signed a memorandum of agreement on January 22, 2008 to provide shelter to thirty (30) identified homeless Bigueños.
